For me, it’s always been jollof rice with fried plantain. It’s cheap and I like it more when it's spicy. We love Jollof rice in my family and we are always fighting for the crunchy bottom part of the pot.? Comfort food like that create beautiful memories. What about you?
 
I am a Pasta lover and love the cheesy upper part of the pot.

Pizza is also a good option for a healthy breakfast.
 
I like steamed dumplings and stir fried noodles.
