Do you go for the cheapest hotel possible when you're traveling?

Do you worry about cleanliness, bed bugs, and stuff like that?

It depends on the hotel, if I go anywhere, first I check that hotel, read the reviews, and then if I hear positive reviews, I go there. And also I am a very suspicious person, and cleanliness, bed bugs and all other things are my first priorities, and then I go to any place here. It's your turn.

We don't do them that much because of the worry of bed bugs.

So, we pack a tent and some stuff to comfortably camp anywhere we are. If it's a city with no campgrounds, then we may be forced to stay in a hotel.

The bed bugs are just in cheap hotels, though!

I tend to go to the cheapest hotel I know of that I know has a high rating. For example, this past August, my daughter and I went to London to see a concert, and we chose Premier Inn as they were the most affordable at the time.

Ever dealt with bed bugs?

Camp is not a bad choice, but mostly I don't like it. I'm not scared of bedbugs, but I don't want them. By the way, Shortie, can you share your experience with them? How many days do you stay here, and what things do you enjoy?

You say right, camping is not bad. But some people are afraid. I am afraid of bed bugs. I don't like them. So I don't enjoy camping, and I like to stay in hotels and have a good time there. I hope you understand my talk.

I don’t lol

Bed bugs are in hotels NOT camping.

I understand your post and I think your experience at the hotel is not the best.

Well in my country, “cheap hotel” has levels. Some are just about $4 per night, but you are not guaranteed stable electricity. I once stayed in one for $5k in Ibadan, it was not really bad, the room is clean and with good AC.
Where is your country?

Sorry if you told me before, and I can't remember. I'm in my 40s and forgetful, LOL.

I don't go too cheap, in fear of bed bugs or something. I got onto AARP recently and they give discounts for hotels which makes it more affordable. :)

I have not :) Premier Inn, as much as they are cheap and affordable, they are amazing, the room was super clean as well as the bathroom. Couldn't fault them at all!
