What’s something you miss from the “old internet”?

I miss a lot of things... Forums were more active, IRC, MSN Chat, Php Nuke... So much cool stuff in the late 90s and early 2000s.

How about you all?

Ugh, where do I begin? I would say mostly old youtube, where videos were just fun and whimsical.

There are a lot of things I miss when it comes to the internet, but the things I feel I miss the most are how forums used to be and how active they were, MSN, and MySpace

Yep.

Now everyone has to edit it so much to impress people that it no longer seems real.

I still don’t edit mine like that. Sure I’m not getting thousands of views but at least my videos are real.

I just miss when stuff was more badly drawn and made for fun instead of money/clicks.

I remember the BBS that you ran with dialup. I never had one, but I knew of people who did. But the old school forums were the best!
