First PC... was a compaq I think, it was utterly junk and virus ridden. The one after was an emachines, much better but lacked the power to do most things.

I remember both of those brands!
I remember when netbooks came out. I got me an Acer. I don't think it ever worked.

emachines was a fun PC to have, sadly it had windows Vista on it. Ran better once I had more RAM into it.
