What do you like to BBQ or grill the most?

I'm a smash mushroom Swiss burger kind of guy!

I got one of those Blackstone grills just for it

I'm not too fancy with my grilling, so I just rub some spices on it and throw it on for x amount of time.

That's what I do.

I cook things really well done though.
