Since it is 'artificial', it cannot be trusted and works through made up algorithms rather than truth.

Getting asked to use it more at my job, which doesn't really apply to me much but we got to put it into our system which I feel is a mistake.

It is, too.
I went and upgraded my iPhone at Verizon. They use AI there to create plans for customers based on their usage and needs and all that. The girl who helped me bypassed all that but said the AI plan would had made my bill about $25 more.
That AI pissed me off LOL

Yeah, AI isn't perfect yet and companies should not be using it. Though I'm sure the AI is set to make more money.
