Can I earn money opening a Learing Center 2026?

Just curious. I heard its very good passive way to make money if you are in a blue state to open a Daycare learing center? (Yes, Learning is misspelled for good reasons.)

I’m not too sure. I would be more interested in creating some sort of learning center for adults, focusing on a topic that I know a lot about like how to start a blog, how to start a YouTube channel, or how to do open source intelligence.
