Playing sports as a kid

Did you ever play sports as a kid?

As in sports, where you were on a team.

I remember those days! I used to play football with slippers on a field behind my house and if the ball entered the gutter, everybody would start to dodge picking it. Those memories are quite interesting. I remembered breaking my wrist during an inter-house sports back in the day.

Yikes! But it probably healed faster back then!!

A little basketball and whatever we played at gym which was a lot of games. Otherwise, I was mostly an indoor person while growing up.

Football have been my favourite sports right from childhood. I can remember when we used to play with a hard plastic ball that we call kporkirikpor .. If your leg isn't strong and you kick that call hard, it's going to bruise your feet.

We also used to cut out that floating ball in the toilet WC and use it to play football back in the days
