    How often do you exercise?

    I wish I could say I’m consistent but nope lol. Sometimes I’ll jog a couple times a week, other times I get lazy and skip for days. I do walk a lot though, that’s probably the only thing I keep up with.

    What do you do to get rid of stress?

    Music helps me the most. I’ll put my headphones on and the stress level will go down almost immediately. Sometimes, I can even do a slow walk outside. It works like magic too.

    Yeah I’ve gone camping a couple of times. It wasn't something fancy, just did tents with friends. I could remember the day the unfortunate happened, when it rained all night and the whole tent leaked. It wasn’t fun then but each time I remembered it, I laugh hard

    I just have one tiny pull-up bar on my doorframe.? I barely use it these days, unless I felt guilty about sitting too long. Though, I thought about buying more gear but it’d probably just gather dust because I rarely exercise.

    Do you eat healthy?

    Honestly, I don't eat healthy food as much as I should. I mostly do junks. I do chicken, rice, veggies for a few days, then suddenly I’d start ordering burgers again and I could do that for weeks.

    Running

    I used to run a lot back in school but now I don't do it regularly. It's become more on and off due to my very busy schedule. Some weeks I might go out jogging 2–3 times, then I’ll skip a month lol.

    I’m not really into cycling. I do it casually but I’ve got an old mountain bike I mess around with once in a while. I do short rides in most cases. There is absolutely nothing fancy.

    I think alternative health has its place. Stuff like ginger tea or honey has actually helped me out a few times. My grandma always us it. But still go to see the doctor when I need to, but I don't joke with the natural stuff too.

    Yeah, I’m into the outdoors. Hiking’s probably my favorite since I don’t need much gear, just a bottle of water and good shoes are enough to get on it.

    Allergies are the worst and I don't like experiencing it. For me, I can stay in a place that is dusty. I would sneeze uncontrollably if I sensed just a little dust.

    My meal prep saves me a lot of money too. I usually just throw together rice, beans, and some veggies, and that helps me cover a few days. To be honest, I don't make it fancy at all, but it keeps me from ordering takeout when I’m tired.

    I ride casually, but I do it mostly just for fun. I haven't done anything serious like long races or anything. Cycling is fun, I can remember having some rough crashes when I was younger. It's all fun!

    Bottled water brands taste really different where I live, even though it is just water. There was one that was made by Coca-Cola. It tastes really good.

    Believe you me, if coffee was banned, I am quite sure that the black market would spring up overnight. This is because a lot of people are so attached to caffeine.

    Junk food are not healthy and cutting junk food by SNAPS is a game changer because it’s going to change how people shop for sure. It might push a lot of families towards healthy meals.

    What is getting people out of shape? My Thoughts

    I guess when you are too convenient in your spot, it can replace your effort. Technology can get you out of shape if you're too engrossed in it.
