Where I live now, Virginia, has these spots called "Park and Ride" and anyone can sleep overnight there, unless signs forbid it, but I haven't seen any at any "park and ride".
A big problem with my car is that the driver's side is not comfortable for sleeping, but the other side is good for it, but another person uses it.
