I used to drink pretty much a case a day and never had diabetic issues and I'm shocked I didn't, lol

We did 4.2 miles with 702 feet of elevation gain. Had about 15 hikers. It was great!

The biggest tactic is creating high quality, valuable content that solves peoples pain points. Do that and skip the rest and you'll still win. But it does help to get your title right.

You really have to finetune the ad to make it work. Don't use what FB suggests. Fine tune it to match your target audience.
