AI-Generated arts

What do you think about AI generated arts, do you classify them as arts or do you reject the idea of using AI tools to create art. When someone creates visual media using AI tools, can you call this person an artists because he is the one who writes the prompt and the generated art is entirely depended on the prompt? Or, do you think the creator has no hand in the creation process as it is entirely created by AI?

Actually, they are arts. It's just that they have been made easy by a computer programming software. Although, if I ask for an art work and it's produced with the use of AI 100%, I wouldn't be happy or accept the job. You can use AI to get ideas and do minor changes but not use it to do the entire job for me.
