I rode 11 miles on my cold yesterday, and it was pretty chilly.

I have insulted tights and all that to stay warmer, but that initial cold is hard to cope with.

Do any of you exercise outside when it's cold? How do you cope with it?

If you are a kind of person who does exercise regularly, then it won't matter whether you exercise during winter or summer season. During winter season, you have to exercise more vigorously.

It's the best way to warm up!

Well, the only thing I do as an exercise is go for a walk. Walking is fun during the cold season because you don't feel cold. Walking in summer is more of a pain in the a**

I love hiking in the summer, but I love heat. Winter is what gets to me, but I'll still hike in it.

A big respect for doing 11 miles in the cold! I tried jogging in the cold once and gave up halfway ?. These days I just do indoor stuff until it warms up again.

This year I'll try to bike and trail run more in the colder weather. Cycling is harder to do but I feel like I can warm up fast trail running. Trees help block wind and all.
