What do you all do for exercise and fitness?

I try to bike a few days a week, hike a few days a week, and take kayak trips here and there when it's warmer.

How about you all?
 
It's generally working out for me when it comes to keeping fit. I do go to the gym from time to time but I have my own small gym set up at home.

I also love walking too. I have a daily steps target of 10k steps.

I usually get my 10K to 25K steps in every day, especially when I hike.
