How often do you drink water?

I try to drink about a gallon of water every day.

I usually have coffee in the morning, sweet tea when we go somewhere out to eat, and then nothing but water and hot tea at home.

How often do you drink water? How much?

Drining water is most definitely not what i would even debate about, staying hydrated in a day is my thing and i have to take upto 2.5ltrs of water through intervals and i love it. 2.5 litres of water is equal to almost a gallon of water.

I used to hate water when I was younger, now I think it's the better tasting drink. I just like quenching my thirst.

Yeah - ice water is the way to go.

My wife and I take our ORCA cups with us everywhere. It keeps ice for more than a day so when we get back from a long hike, we have ice cold water waiting for us!
