Mega Muscles

I find it a little sickening to see a man or woman with muscles so big that it's difficult for them to sit down on normal chairs or even move around.

The extreme bodybuilding folks to me look really odd.

What do you all think?

Yeah I’ve seen those guys too. It looks wild, like how do they even move around? ? I respect the dedication but it’s too much for me. I just want to stay fit, not turn into a rock.?

I couldn't do it. Most are top heavy too. You could take out a leg and they're going down like a big tree LOL
