Does your family have a passed down recipe?

If so, what is it?

If you can't give it - at least tell us what it makes :)

I can share mine. Its nothing fancy but its a nice treat of homemade cinnamon toast.

YOU WILL NEED:
  • An oven with small rack gaps. small enough bread wont easily fall through
  • butter
  • regular loaf of sandwich bread (or whatever you prefer to make your sandwiches.)
  • grounded sugar
  • grounded cinnamon
  • a butter knife
STEP 1

Grab a slice of bread and use the butter knife to spread butter on the bread. I recommend a thick coat of butter. Pre-heat oven to 125 F

STEP 2

Take the ground cinnamon and sprinkle it on the slice of bread until it covers the bread slice but not too thick!

STEP 3

Next, coat the bread slice with grounded sugar. Depending on your sweet tooth, add as much sugar as you want... I like a lot but that's just me. I do it until its a thick coat.

STEP 4

Place the slice of bread in the oven for 10 minutes. Check on on it parodically and you'' see the slice getting toasted.

STEP 5

Once you feel its ready, safely take it out and put it on your plate. Let it sit for 1 minutes and dig in!

Fettuccine pasta is my mum's dish, which is about I don't know how to make. :(
