SEO advice you ignore

Is there any SEO advice you ignore?

I ignore keyword count.

Popular addons like Yoast will always tell me I use keyword less than what I should. However, I've not noticed any significant difference in my rankings by not including the keyword so many times.

In fact, I feel like I'm being safer about it.

What about you all? What in SEO are you ignoring and why?

I ignore all of it practically. I don't like being policed on what to do and big SEO successful sites aren't following rules either.
