Tag Widget Fixed

I got this on vBulletin Support Forum today:

You can download 6.0.8 again and run the upgrade script again. This will import updated templates that resolves the issue with the tag cloud module.

If you don't want to do that, you can replace the Tag Cloud module with the Tag Navigation module.

I went ahead and used the Tag Navigation module fix instead of re-uploading the files. It fixed it for me.
