For me -- it's cycling and hiking.

I'm going to be honest; I can't stand going to the gym. It's inside with people and their germs and sweat. Disease occurs in gyms and so does nasty things like staph infections. Working out in a gym is hard and painful.

I can get a full body workout with hiking and biking and the whole time I'm having fun doing it.

How about you all?
 
I walk a lot, while doing that I put on my earphones and just go. Also sometimes, I dance around the house when cleaning ?. There is no need for gym stress.

Walking is really good for people. Whatever your recommended step goal for the day is, you should try to double it each day. That might be all the exercise you need, too!
