It actually depends on what the person did. But generally, I don't get easily provoked unless the person is constantly doing the same thing over and over again on purpose.

I go cold whenever I'm angry or pissed. It's how I'm able to control myself in order not to do anything stupid.

Btw, it's good not to get mad easily. It will make it very difficult for someone to manipulate you when you're angry.

That only happens to me when I call a tech support line expecting to talk to someone with broken English but I get AI that will not let me connect to a human!!!

AI and chatbots should go straight to hell and burn to ashes in this situation. It's very annoying having them stop you from reaching a human support agent.

Exactly. It's also easier for them to patch your call through to another person of higher rank if they can't help you.
