How did you sleep last night?

I slept hard and didn't want to get up this morning.

How about you? How did you sleep last night??

It's the usual 3-5 hours sleep I was able to manage last night too. After sleeping for the straight 3 hours, I was waking up in between the next 2 hours before I got up finally.

Slept well. Only got up to pee once this time. I drink about a gallon of water a day, so I usually have to get up a few times.

Last night was good for me because I slept well. I don't really know what happened but I knew being completely burnt out helped.

Slept like a rock last night. Only had to get up once to use the bathroom.

I didn't sleep too well last night. I couldn't shut off due to muscle pain in my arm, and our neighbour's cat didn't get home in time last night, so we kept him in ours for the night due to the heavy rain, and he kept disturbing us.

Hoping for a better night of sleep tonight.

I've been using magnesium-based hydration powders before I run or bike. I feel like they're a lot better for hydration, too!

Yeah. I think an elliptical they say will work out more of your muscles. That might be good for you.

I wouldn't buy a treadmill unless you plan on advancing to running.
