How often do you go jogging?

But I go hiking and cycling all the time.

About 5 years ago, I used to go for jogging at least 3 times in a week but now, I don't jog often. It's now either once or twice in a month.

I want to start trail running. I love hiking so I feel like I might enjoy trail running more than running on a treadmill or the road.

I don't jog, I walk instead. I walk three times a week for 90 minutes in each walking session

I can't even recall the last time I even "ran." I haven't properly jogged in over 17 years.

Running can be miserable. That's why I trail run -- scenes of natures keeps my mind off the fact that I'm running, LOL
