Do you measure calories?

Nah not really. I tried that whole calorie counting thing once but got tired fast ?. Now I just eat when I’m hungry and try not to overdo junk. It feels more natural that way..

I fail most of the time because I choose junk.

I need to make better grocery buying decisions but sometimes junk is hidden in healthy clothing.

Example: Yoplait yogurt looks healthy but it's full of sugars and stuff that makes it very unhealthy.

I really need to start counting calories. I eat a lot of home cooked meals, though. How do you go about determining what the calories are in those?
My Fitness Pal is a pretty good app for this. For home cooked, you can find what others have already added and spitball your way to an approximate calorie count.
