I love tandoori chicken masala and a grand slam of naan.

Palak paneer is absolutely my jam!

I had a roommate in college that was from India. She could whip up the most amazing food with the most basic ingredients! She made Chana masala that was out of this world, and a lentil soup with potatoes that was served over rice (I forget what it’s called).

The arrangement ended up being I’ll pay all the rent if you cook dinner every night. Those were happy times. ?

Do you ever try mutton momo??

I've not had much Indian food.

Where would be a good place to start?

I do like spicy food. :)

The Tandori Chicken and naan Deep mentioned above would be a great place to start. I'd also recommend chicken tikka massala and biryani. Palak paneer is absolutely delicious, IMO. It and chana massala usually have a pretty good kick.

If you don't mind buffets, just go and have a bit of everything.

I need to find a buffet in my area that has it.

Paducah, Kentucky, is close to me. Maybe they might have something that offers it.
