Injuries from working out

I’ve been there. There was a time I attempted to squats with too much weight and I had a knee injury.I couldn’t even climb the stairs for two days 😂. Honestly, injuries can kill the motivation to keep doing more. These days I take it easy.

Yeah. When I was younger, I would push the limits. Now in my 40s, I don’t heal that fast and don’t want to have to miss work, pay large medical bills, and not being able to get out and hike and stuff. So I exercise like I’m 40 😆
