Honestly didnt believe it until I tried it last year. Doing full body Kettlebell workouts. You don't even need that many KB, you can get a great workout in 20min with 1 KB. So I can vouche myself that it works, sometimes you don't need to listen to these "influencers".
 
I usually focus on some part of my body when it comes to working out. My abs, biceps, shoulders and legs are where I train any day I went to the gym.

I've always wanted to try the kettlebell workouts. I've always heard they work really well.
