Do you eat healthy foods at all?

How often do you get to eat a healthy meal?

I try unhealthy food once in a while but over all I eat healthy. I limit my salt and sugar intake, I avoid junk food all the time.

Sometimes, but not always.

I eat better than I used to. I used to eat a lot of fast food. I rarely eat fast food now.

I have a sweet tooth, though.

 

[Nomad]

I eat healthy food, eating unhealthy is rare for me. I eat home cooked food, even when I want to eat fries I do not order form restaurant, and I make it at home.

Honestly, I don't eat healthy food as much as I should. I mostly do junks. I do chicken, rice, veggies for a few days, then suddenly I’d start ordering burgers again and I could do that for weeks.
