What’s one fitness myth you wish people would stop believing?

I hate that people think they can lose significant weight just by easy walking...

You need to get your heart rate up if you want to lose weight. Walking is fine but you need to walk faster and intensifty it to get your ticker clicking harder.

How about you all? What do you think?

I would agree you need to walk fast, but walking does work if you do enough and watch what you eat.

One of the most annoying myths is that you can out-exercise a crappy diet. If someone’s eating the typical high-calorie, standard American diet, there’s simply no amount of treadmill time that can balance it out. Exercise is amazing for strength, energy, and overall health, but it can’t erase the impact of consistently eating more than your body needs.

So true...

Also you have to exercise even if you eat good!
