I've never voted for prime minister in Canada. I think voting shouldn't be forced, or you'd get people checking names without research.

No, I don't think it's right to make voting a forceful thing.

But when you refuse to vote, you don't have any right to complain about the government.

If you are forcing to vote, how can it be a democracy? People should be given a reason to vote
