What’s the hardest craft project you’ve ever attempted?

Complicated paper crafts are very difficult for me. Last week, my niece shared a craft parrot, and she said that you made this parrot, but I didn't, because it's too difficult for me. By the way, is this the same question for you?

Knitting have always been very difficult for me. The last time my niece asked me to help her with her knitting project (Sweater), it was very tough for me. I don't know if I would be willing to knit anything again.
