Have you ever done a triathlon?

Bike, swim, and run all in one competitive event.

Most are pretty easy for most fit folks, but some are pretty challenging, such as Iron Man.

Have any of you ever done one?

I've never tried out a triathlon. Even though I workout consistently, I know very well that my cardio level isn't up to being able to do all that in a one push. It's going to kill me ? ?

I'd love to do it but I can't swim well so that stops me lol

Me too. My friends call me Rocky because I was just like Rambo in the Rocky movie ?

But I can manage to swim a little.

This was the last time I went swimming ?
