I can definitely feel it. I feel way different at 40 than I did at 20 and 30. Although, I was in bad shape in my 20s.

Age is the only that you can't beat when the effects it brings with as you're getting old kicks in.

My dad used to say that old age doesn't have any medication to make you feel younger except working out extensively but still, it won't change it so much.

Care to share about what happened when you're were in your 20's?

I smoked 2 packs a day, drank 12-24 beers a night, ate nothing but fast food, was 350 pounds, did not fitness, didn't get outside much, was in horrible pain with dental problems, alone, depressed, and in a very dark period of my life.

Then I started cycling and hiking and it dramatically changed everything :)

I’m 35. My birthday was two days ago. I still feel young though!

I am 38 years old, I am feeling very good even after being 38 ?

38 is a good age to feel good.

I feel good at 40.

I joke about being old, haha, and I do have some pains, but for the most part, I feel way better now than I did at 20.

I am 34 years old, I turn 35 next year. I've enjoyed my mid-thirties thus far.

Wow! You did great to pull yourself out from that hole. Cycling really saved you. It's what they say about finding something positive and hang onto it. It's capable of changing your life.

My health was declining so badly back then that doubt I would have even seen COVID-19.
