Well, it depends on how you're using it. If it's used in a planned manner and not made something that's very often, it can help with your diet and good health.

I think you should allow yourself to indulge in cheat meals once on a while. If you do not eat those food, you will be be left our of all the fun related to food.

Yeah, agreed. Cheat meals aren’t bad if you control them. I usually plan mine after a solid week of workouts and I'm liking the reward. It helps me stay sane to be honest.

I cheat on the weekends but I also hike, bike, and run those days too
