Is gaming bad for you?

Some say gaming is the cause of obesity and inactivity in children and adults.

They argue that gaming in general is bad for humans.

How do you feel about this?

Everything is bad for you, if not done in moderation. Gaming is good for hand eye coordination and keeping your mind sharp.

It depends. Whenever you overdo things, then it becomes bad. I’ve been gaming since PS2 days, and it never spoiled me . I need to be honest here, it even helps me relax after work.
