Usually presidents try to increase new jobs in American when they get in.

It's good for the economy.

But with all the federal job cuts, I wonder what kind of damage that will do on the economy...

I'm not sure what you mean. I suppose the phone companies simply switched to mobile. They weren't left hanging.

Smartphones replaced a lot of jobs. Just as computer and the internet did.
