Pet Snakes

Anyone have a pet snake?

Snakes aren't the kind of animas a person should consider keeping as pets. In fact, I would try to kill a snake if I ever encounter one. Snakes are a threat and they could be very deadly. Many pet owners who kept snakes as pets have died due to snake bites.

No, I don't like snakes and can never keep them.

Are they not supposed to be poisonous?

I don't think am ever going to have a snake as pet. They scare me, they look so unreal.

There's nothing like a pet snake for me. All snakes should be in the wild and not have anything to do with me. If they cross my path, I'll kill them immediately.

99% of the time the snakes we come across here are dangerous and poisonous.

This puff adder nearly sneaked into my parents house few weeks ago.

I had a Red Rat growing up. He was the coolest and of course he was non poisonous.

This is a no-no for me . I can't watch snake documentaries not to talk of having them as pet. I remember the day the snake entered our compound, even my dad ran! They are not friendly no matter how you train them.

I love rat snakes. They're usually very friendly and calm. Even the wild ones are pretty relaxed.

Nope. I hate snakes. I found out that neighbours 3 doors down from us have a pet snake, and the reason I know that is because the guy who lives there tends to bring it outside sometimes with him.

I feel sorry for captive snakes. Not enough room to roam.
