Is anyone into running at all?

If so, how often do you run, and how long is your run typically?

When I was a kid, I used to run, which continued until I was in my teens. However, when I went to college, I stopped running.

I wish I were better at running. I'd love to get better at it, specially trail running.

I used to run a lot back in school but now I don't do it regularly. It's become more on and off due to my very busy schedule. Some weeks I might go out jogging 2–3 times, then I’ll skip a month lol.
