Text vs. Talk

It depends. If I have some quick questions, checking in, etc., I'd rather text.

If it's something important or something that needs planning I'd rather talk on the phone.

Basically if it would require long texts, I'll talk.

Text message or chatting is the best. As long as it's a conversation we can have through text, calls would be the last thing I'd do.

I know people who have to talk on the phone and it's hard to get them off.

Talking on the phone means you have to quit what you're doing.

This is the biggest challenge dealing with being on a call. You can't be on call with someone and focus on another thing. It's not possible!

It's only one buddy of mine I made that exception for but it will only have to be on WhatsApp call that we can talk for that long, not on a regular call.

It depends. If I have something important to say or it's an emergency, then I'll talk to someone on the phone. If it's something I'm curious about but I don't have to know right this second and it can wait, then I'll just send a text so the other person can text me back when they are free.

I loathe having to pick up a phone call ??

My work provides me with a phone because I help oversee different locations, and I have to be reached from time to time. Theres one person who just refuses to text. And when they do talk on the phone, good luck getting them off. It's horror.
