But I did hike a mile yesterday Usually, we hiked 6 to 8 miles a day, though. I have a meeting with Meta Research tomorrow. I plan to bike on Tuesday.

I did the following drills ; Jumping Jacks 20 seconds Incline Push Up 16x Knee Push Up 10x Push Up 8x Wide Arm Push Up 8x Cobra Stretch 20 seconds Chest Stretch 20 seconds Squat 16x Crunches 20x
