Some on the right-wing are claiming that James Bond villains are really controlling the weather to evil ends. Well, I can't totally discount what they're saying. I mean, who knows what technology that is available now.

I got to say, it's not just the right... I've listened to a program called Coast to Coast AM for years, and conspiracists have been saying the government has been controlling the weather for years. These are anti-government folks, not right tor left. Maybe they want to pin it on the right so that the left can manipulate it LOL totally making fun.
