Everyone gets stressed out at times, and everyone deals with it differently, how do you?

Going out for a walk definitely helps. I'll also do some light reading to get my mind off of whatever's stressing me.
I also like to walk. Walking is good for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Yeah, it does cover quite a few bases!
I know someone mentioned listening to music, which I also like to do while walking. The combination is relaxing.
I get involve with the activities that I enjoy doing to get rid of stress. For instance, I like playing video games, so when I get stressed out I play games. I enjoy walking and when I am stressed out I go for a walk
I used to like listening to music when cycling on the highways. That's not really safe btw.
Bow I bike primarily in nature settings. I like seeing and listening to nature so that has turned into my music.
I dont have any stress. I live a laid back life.
Pass some of that secret sauce down here LOL
Well, that sounds pretty unstressful LOLIm single, no kids and my house is paid off
