I quit drinking soda and started drinking water.

I drink about a gallon of water a day. I feel like that has significantly improved my health.

How about you all?
 
Sleeping early changed everything for me. I used to stay up all night scrolling my phone for no reason. Now I sleep better, wake up less tired and it makes life easier.

I sleep 5-6 hours a night. Probably not good for me but I've been doing that for a long time.

I go to bed way too late. I always get up early, though. I might get 5 or 6 hours of very interrupted sleep each night.
 
I need 7 hours of sleep at night and 30 minutes of day time nap. Are 5/6 hours of sleep are enough for you?
