What's One Health Habit That Changed Your Life?

Sleeping early and waking up early has changed my life completely. Evening walks also has improved my health, both physical and mental health.
I go to bed way too late. I always get up early, though. I might get 5 or 6 hours of very interrupted sleep each night.
 
With going vegan, Shawn, I avoid the additives present in a lot of stuff, especially meat. It was more of a humane decision though as I love animals.
I love animals but I also love some meats.

However, in all honesty, if something were to happen to me and I had to go Vegan, I'd be fine with it.
